Did you know that in eAlthLTE the Appointment Type browser now shows a RED No Reminder badge to show that no reminders will be sent for that appointment type.
Also you can set up to 6 reminders for appointments so you can phase in when reminders are sent
With eAlthLTE you can now set up for each clinic reminders with extra options to enable the setup of early reminders for patients that have booked appointments via OPAS system. The extra options are:
– Limit a reminder so only goes out for Appointments booked via OPAS (where the patient has booked the appointment themselves thru the Online Patient Appointment System). The default for existing reminders is All appointments except for appointment types marked as No Reminder.
– Turn off Auto confirm processing for particular reminder setting. The default for existing reminders is Auto confirm processing is on.
